At Global Source LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food items, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Selected health and personal care products

Proof of Purchase

All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Do not send products directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be issued, including:

  • Items showing clear signs of use

  • Opened software, CDs, DVDs, or other media

  • Items returned in damaged condition or with missing components not caused by our error

  • Products returned after the 30-day return window

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank or card statement.

  2. Contact your card provider, as posting times may vary.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as internal processing may cause delays.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds.
Products purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, store credit may be issued once the return is approved.

If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
